USER EXPERIENCE

I completed the Google UX Design Certificate Program. This was a rigorous, hands-on program that covered the design process from conception to delivery. Responsibilities on each project included conducting interviews, designing paper and digital wireframes, mockups, low and high-fidelity prototypes, performing usability studies, accounting for accessibility, iterating on designs, determining information architecture, crafting a mobile app and constructing a responsive website.

Modules included: UX research, empathizing with users’ pain points, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD – Projects and case studies showcased below.
