My passion for teaching and storytelling, combined with my ability to bridge gaps between technology, creativity, and usability, enables me to create impactful eLearning experiences that drive engagement and elevate learning outcomes. 

I have further honed my expertise by earning the Certified Professional in Training and Performance (CPTP) Certificate from the Instructional Design Online Learning Academy (IDOL) and completing the Google UX Design Certificate Program, mastering the user/learner experience design process from conception to delivery.
